Medical Sales Specialist - West
Our Sales division is dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals by delivering clinical insights about our offerings, educational resources, and training programs.

We collaborate with healthcare providers and systems to help achieve the health objectives of patients in their communities.
We are in search of exceptional candidates for the Medical Sales Specialist role within our Vaccines Unit. The chosen candidate will represent our organization in a designated territory within a complex and evolving business landscape.

The primary duty of the Medical Sales Specialist is to engage effectively, whether individually or in groups, with clients in a manner that promotes the utilization of our products where appropriate.

These interactions necessitate the careful selection and application of various support systems to accurately communicate technical and economic data, ensuring our products are prescribed when suitable.

The incumbent will operate under the guidance of their direct supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:


Fully comprehend the organization's ethical standards and values, applying this understanding in all interactions - Maintain a high level of ethical business practices.

Strategically plan and conduct visits to healthcare institutions within the assigned territory, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

Work to enhance awareness and advocacy among healthcare professionals in the designated area.
Meet financial targets and communicate key performance indicators.
Proactively manage territory plans and accounts from both planning and forecasting perspectives.

Implement marketing strategies and key initiatives in the assigned territory to promote our brands in alignment with company values and protocols.

Engage in scientific events aimed at healthcare professionals.
Expect approximately 30% travel time.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
Ability to work collaboratively, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Preferred experience of one year in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
Experience in the vaccine sector is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
Accountable and results-oriented mindset.
Willingness to learn and grow.
Saudi National status is required based on local regulations.
