POSITION SUMMARY
The Spa Host is a guest-focused professional responsible for managing the front desk and enhancing guest experiences within the wellness facility. The primary role of the Spa Host is to guarantee that every visitor receives a gracious welcome, seamless check-in and check-out, and exceptional service throughout their stay. Furthermore, the Spa Host acts as the initial point of contact between spa management and the hosting and linen teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Greet and engage with guests upon their arrival and departure from the spa
- Deliver a premium experience while fostering conversations with guests and members
- Ensure that all spa areas are tidy, organized, and adequately supplied
- Maintain current knowledge of facility offerings, features, and services
- Conduct tours of the facilities for guests, highlighting the features and advantages available
- Provide guests with lockers, robes, and spa slippers
- Review guest schedules and assist in escorting them to their treatment areas
- Address guest inquiries and booking requests while they are present in the spa
- Assist in various spa areas as needed without requiring direction
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all guest requests; follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions and staff meetings
- Uphold Fontainebleau's core values and departmental standards
- Adapt to additional duties as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS

- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in a similar position within a high-end salon and spa is preferred
- Background in a high-volume luxury spa or resort is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Strong time management abilities and capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Meticulous attention to detail while working under pressure
- Capability to resolve issues to the satisfaction of both guests and the organization
- Demonstrate integrity in all situations and adhere to standards required by a regulated environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful setting
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities.

The Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in various work areas.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is committed to developing and supporting our talent. Our compensation program is designed to attract, motivate, and retain skilled Members who contribute to the Company's success. We aim to provide competitive compensation, with salaries commensurate with experience and skill set.
SALARY
$15 per hour
