About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Total Rewards Program Manager to join our team at Juno Search Partners - Open Positions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's benefit programs, including group life and health insurance, ESOP and 401k plans, and related programs.

Job Summary

This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite work three days a week and remote work two days a week. The successful candidate will manage the implementation, communication, and administration of compensation programs such as merit and incentives.

  • Benefits Administration: Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Internal Communications: Prepares internal employee communications regarding benefits programs and policies.
  • Federal Filings and Compliance: Responsible for preparation of all federal filings and compliance reports, including 5500's and HIPAA notices.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Partners with outside vendors to analyze and recommend modifications to existing benefit plans to improve services to employees in a cost-effective manner.
  • Plan Monitoring: Monitors current employee benefit programs to ensure plans are meeting employee needs and company objectives, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Counseling and Support: Counsels and assists employees on matters relating to plan administration procedures and applicable company policies.
  • Benefit Initiatives: Participates in the preparation, development, and implementation of annual and new benefit initiatives, programs, and policies.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Keeps abreast of new legislation/regulations that impact benefit programs.
  • Benefit Committee Oversight: Oversees Benefit Committee activities, ensuring participants are educated on benefit plan developments.
Requirements and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience: 5-7 years progressive experience administering health and welfare programs and compensation.
  • Management Experience: 3-5 years' experience managing people.
  • Qualified Retirement Plans: At least 3 years of experience administering qualified retirement plans.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, Federal and State regulations; knowledge of Federal, state, and local leave laws; ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality; advanced skills in Word and Excel; understanding of the regulatory and legal environment of benefits administration.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management skills, attentiveness to details and deadlines, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and professional and clear communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
