Caregiver Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team in an assisted living community. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide exceptional care and support to a consistent group of residents, focusing on their unique needs, preferences, and personalities.

• BUILD MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS: Develop strong bonds with residents and their families, providing assistance with daily living activities, attending to individual care needs, and getting to know their unique preferences and personalities.
• NURTURE PERSONAL GROWTH: Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile, blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into their daily lives.
• PARTNER WITH COMMUNITY TEAM: Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, promote Risk Management programs and policies, and adhere to safety rules and regulations.
• SUPPORT RESIDENT WELL-BEING: Respond to dining needs of residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards.

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• A positive attitude, flexibility to perform various duties in service to residents, and the ability to work in a team environment are keys to success.
• A High School diploma/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
• In states where applicable, must maintain certifications.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
