Kitchen Director

Nikos Restaurant is seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to join our team of talented chefs and restaurateurs. As a senior member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service. You will also be involved in menu development, recipe testing, and kitchen layout optimization, working closely with the head chef and management to achieve business goals and objectives.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in high-pressure kitchens, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for food, cooking, and the hospitality industry. You will be responsible for mentoring junior staff members, developing training programs, and contributing to the growth and success of Nikos Restaurant.
