Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at HCL Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a robust skill set to deliver exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service and support to a diverse global clientele.
2. Demonstrate excellent English communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
3. Leverage two to five years of relevant experience in a similar technical support environment.
4. While experience in a technical support role is preferred, it is not mandatory.
5. Required Educational Background:
- B.Sc in Computers
- BCA in Computers
- B.Tech/B.E. in any discipline.

Essential Skills:
6. Ability to identify and resolve issues in a complex technical landscape efficiently.
7. Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
9. Deliver high-quality technical support related to enterprise software and hardware.
10. Possess a solid understanding of technology and apply that knowledge effectively to support existing systems.
11. Conduct thorough investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware and software issues.

Experience Requirements:
12. A proven track record of two to five years in a comparable, complex, high-tech work environment.
13. Responsibilities include maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation for the technical track.
14. Manage and address complex Level 2 and Level 3 support calls under the guidance of a Level 3 Engineer.
15. Provide telephonic and remote troubleshooting assistance to ensure client satisfaction.
