Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their inquiries, offering insights on accommodations, local attractions, and transport options.
- Coordinate aircraft services, including refueling and hangar logistics.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members through various channels.
- Engage proactively with clients to elevate their overall experience.
- Inform clients about service costs and available programs.
- Manage customer billing processes efficiently.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Exhibit a polished and professional demeanor.
- Work well in a team environment with a positive outlook.
- Ability to adapt to a customer-focused and safety-conscious workplace.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to perform physical activities such as walking, bending, sitting, and reaching.
- Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
