We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

4. Handling complex Level 2 and Level 3 support calls under the guidance of senior engineers.
5. Offering remote troubleshooting assistance to clients.
