Key Responsibilities
- Final Audit Support: Provide daily support of product shipments by maintaining a focus on delivering final audit support for Operations.
- Quality Checks: Perform necessary quality checks of documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with the broader teams to resolve PNFs and issues.
- Security Management: Manage Trusted Security items such as weekly logs for the TCR, quarterly check of access list for TCR, enablement of new employees (in Lenel - PIN codes).
- Control Room Security: Conduct control room site security audit, document management and recording.
- EHSS Execution: Execute assigned tasks for the EHSS area, including inspections, training, equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and system maintenance (Lenel, 3X Logic, Fire Works).
- Hazardous Waste Handling: Maintain hazardous waste handling system, collection area, waste accumulation tracking and disposal, scheduling waste shipments and weekly waste inspections.
- Emergency Equipment Maintenance: Test, inspect, and recharge/restock/maintenance of emergency equipment (first aid stations, CPR, eyewash, emergency shower, fire extinguishers, etc.).
- SCBA Maintenance: Perform monthly SCBA maintenance, monthly inspection, bi-annual low level test and seal inspection, bottle fill and hydrostatic testing as needed.
- ERT Service: Serve on Emergency Response Team.
- PPE and ERT Cart Inspection: Conduct monthly PPE and ERT cart inspection and inventory management.
- Employee Asset Management: Deploy, track, and report Employee Asset Management (TME).
- EHS Training Plan Administration: Administer EHS training plan, surveys, tracking, and document control/recording.
- Chemical Usage Tracking: Track chemical usage daily.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in EHSS and Audit.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
