Product Assessment Specialist

We are currently seeking a Product Evaluation Technician to enhance our team.
Position SummaryThe Product Evaluation Technician is responsible for conducting thorough product assessments to ensure compliance with client specifications. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service through timely completion of Certificates of Analysis and addressing client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction through outstanding service and adherence to turnaround times.
- Manage product orders and coordinate pickups from distribution centers.
- Generate Certificates of Analysis and compile critical data for reporting.
- Execute data transfers in accordance with client specifications.
- Utilize aseptic techniques in daily operations.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels of testing supplies.
- Conduct routine maintenance through cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
- Independently manage a series of processes in line with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic testing environment.
- Share relevant information promptly and transparently.
- Conduct product evaluations based on detailed specifications provided by clients.
- Assist in prioritizing tasks to meet both individual and team objectives.
- Ensure personal and team safety within the work area.
- Complete all necessary training as required.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of aseptic sampling techniques and industry standards.
- Familiarity with food safety concepts and practices.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, and use hands and arms regularly.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.
- Good color vision and depth perception.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Exposure to various environmental factors typical in a laboratory setting.
