At Full Spectrum, we specialize in the creation, design, and execution of captivating attractions and lighting installations across various venues, including theme parks, aquariums, architectural structures, intelligent fountains, and sports arenas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate or assist in the operation of lighting, sound, projections, lasers, and other technical components for seasonal productions, either manually or via time code based on show requirements.
  • Engage in the setup and dismantling processes for each event or production.
  • Diagnose technical issues and system malfunctions, providing immediate solutions and long-term fixes.
  • Oversee the cleaning, maintenance, repair, inventory management, and optimal performance of all lighting, audio, and projection equipment.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Work primarily occurs in an active outdoor setting, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Travel may be necessary on occasion.
  • This full-time role demands complete availability, including potential night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Seasonal production requirements may lead to extended hours and the possibility of a 7-day work week.
  • Relocation to the designated area is required.

Qualifications and Skills

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's license.
  • Fundamental understanding of intelligent moving fixture operation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting console operation, lighting design, and show programming.
  • Understanding of show control and time code distribution.
  • Familiarity with professional audio equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Basic troubleshooting and repair skills, including the ability to crimp and solder connectors.
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and software maintenance and repair.
  • Comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet and capable of safely climbing ladders and operating lifts.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
