We are currently seeking a dedicated and career-focused Project Coordination Specialist to enhance our team. This role necessitates on-site presence one day a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced assistance in program and project management, which includes:
    • Overseeing intricate project timelines,
    • Monitoring deliverables,
    • Collecting data and refreshing project/program financial status reports,
    • Updating project management models and forecasts,
    • Facilitating project/program management meetings, and
    • Preparing briefings and presentations.
  • Compile pre-implementation and post-implementation data from clients to aid in documenting ROI and other Business Case elements for Past Performance reports.
  • Document Past Performance reports.
  • Identify avenues for organic growth.
  • Assist in requirement identification sessions with clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
  • CAPM certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Experience in preparing and delivering project status and health updates to clients and corporate leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal agencies.
  • Experience working within an Agile team.
  • Experience in projects focused on providing solutions in Asset Management, Logistics, and/or Human Capital Management.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with the capability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Frequent operation of computers and other office machinery.
  • Regular communication with colleagues, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to convey accurate information in these situations.
