We are currently seeking a dedicated and career-oriented Project Coordination Specialist to enhance our team. This role necessitates on-site presence in a designated location once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support for program and project management, which includes:
    • Managing intricate project timelines,
    • Monitoring deliverables,
    • Collecting data and updating financial status reports for projects/programs,
    • Refreshing project management models and forecasts,
    • Facilitating project/program management meetings, and
    • Preparing briefings and presentations.
  • Collect pre-implementation and post-implementation data from clients to aid in documenting ROI and other components for business case analysis.
  • Document past performance evaluations.
  • Identify avenues for organic growth.
  • Assist in requirement identification sessions with clients.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred.
  • CAPM certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Experience in preparing and delivering project status updates to clients and corporate leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or other federal agencies.
  • Experience working within Agile teams.
  • Experience in projects focused on solutions in areas such as Asset Management, Logistics, and Human Capital Management.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship with the capability to obtain a secret level clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office equipment.
  • Frequent communication with colleagues, management, and clients, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to convey accurate information in these situations.
