Job Title: General Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our Ford location at Whaling City Auto Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and train sales team members on closing techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Lead showroom activities, including sales meetings, product presentations, and customer interactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Manage and motivate sales team members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent product knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
