Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Blake Smith Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Account Manager to join our team. As a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads through research, databases, and online resources.
  • Engage with prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Coordinate the expansion of business development and creation of new molecular sales & accounts.
  • Goal of booking daily meetings to hand off to Account Executives.
  • Quotas include daily booked meetings and monthly closed business.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns.
  • Maintain confidential client records utilizing automated computer systems.
  • Flexibility of remote work in the sales capacity.
  • Utilize CRM software for accurate records and metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • High performers will move to an Account Executive position based on sales performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
  • Strong understanding of biotech products and applications.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
