Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Facilities Department at Iona University. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support to the Facilities Department, including answering calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining the supply closet.
  • Performing office support tasks, such as making copies, filing documents, and purchasing materials and supplies for the Facilities managers.
  • Providing coverage with the Avid invoice system, work order system, and 25Live scheduling system.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned.
