Position Overview

Anywhere Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Onsite Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As we continue to expand our footprint in the real estate market, this role is crucial in managing the leasing process for our residential properties. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be committed to delivering exceptional service to prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the processing of rental applications for a substantial residential community.
  • Collect and verify all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient application process.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to potential renters throughout the application journey.
  • Engage with applicants, their employers, and previous landlords to gather essential verification materials.
  • Ensure the accuracy of all application details and related documents.
  • Keep applicants informed about their application status, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
  • Proactively track leasing applications and adhere to turnaround time objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the leasing team as required.
  • Assist with various special projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred; candidates with relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Experience in processing applications within a high-volume residential environment.
  • A New York State real estate license is advantageous.
  • Strong background in customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Able to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Yardi Voyager, CRM, or Site Manager is a plus.
