Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process in the designated territory, driving growth and expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategies to open new implanting centers and increase business at existing ones.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative hospital departments to achieve sales objectives.
  • Provide technical support for implantations and follow-up visits, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Manage area budgets and optimize customer visit planning for maximum impact.
  • Identify and acquire new customers, establishing long-term relationships and driving business growth.
  • Conceive and implement screening programs in hospitals and outpatient practices, fostering strong customer connections.
  • Recruit new Study-Center – Registry and HF, monitoring implementation and providing support.
  • Train new employees and develop contact networks with ICD-patient self-help groups.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years' experience in the cardiac device industry, with a proven track record of developing new business and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a working knowledge of financial aspects and ability to provide technical support.
  • Fluency in German and English, with ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Extensive travel required.
