As an HR Generalist 3, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement human resources programs and policies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Recruit, select, and hire top talent for various positions within the company.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Develop and implement benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Conduct HR Internet searches to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience as an HR Generalist 2 or equivalent experience.
  • Must be a US citizen and possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or five years of increasingly responsible administrative experience may be substituted for education.
  • Must be highly organized and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of office policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Must demonstrate thorough knowledge of Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint). Solid Excel experience is a must.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting skills helpful.
  • Ability to work independently.

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
