Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Durham, NC. This is a full-time position working 3 days a week within a school district.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver speech therapy services to students with varying needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
Work Environment

This is an onsite only position working within a school district in Durham, NC.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:

  • A salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive insurance and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • A W-2 classification with weekly pay.
  • A matching 401(k) plan.
Interview Process

The interview process will consist of a 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy recruiter, followed by a 20-30 minute virtual interview with the school district. An offer is typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
