At Hydro Recruiting, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Analyst to lead our ABA program within a well-established multi-disciplinary clinic.

This full-time role allows for hybrid work from home + work setting at our state-of-the-art sensory clinic. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in a fun and innovative environment.

We are a therapist-owned private pediatric outpatient clinic located in the Raleigh-Durham area, offering Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological evaluations, and ABA services to children with various diagnoses.

Job Responsibilities:

You will develop and implement comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents, oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery, foster a positive team culture, and promote organizational morale.

You will also supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, collaborate with other multidisciplinary team members, and contribute to the growth and development of the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in ABA, including development and implementation of comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents
  • 1 year of supervisory experience with BT or RBTs (preferred)
  • Skilled in mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment setting
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to supporting a positive work culture
