Behavioral Therapist Leader for ABA Services

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our ABA program. As a full-time BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents in our state-of-the-art sensory clinic.

About the Clinic:

  • Our clinic is a therapist-owned private pediatric outpatient center offering Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological evaluations, and ABA services to children with various diagnoses.

You will work in an environment that emphasizes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to therapy, aimed at improving the quality of life for every client.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory experience with BT or RBTs. They should be skilled in mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment setting. Self-motivation and excellent time management and organizational skills are essential.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, develop supervision plans, and evaluate team performance. The position offers a competitive compensation package with monthly incentive bonuses, paid Time Off (PTO), and opportunities for leadership and career growth.
