Job Description

This is an impactful role in education, where you will cultivate a positive, structured, and secure environment that supports both academic and social growth of students with communication disorders.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, specialists, and school staff to support students' individual needs across diverse settings.
  • Design, manage, and deliver Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities, tailoring instruction for each learner.
  • Adjust teaching approaches and materials to fit a range of learning styles, abilities, and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • A valid North Carolina SLP license
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders; virtual therapy experience preferred
  • Technical skills, including stable high-speed internet and reliable computer access
