At Soliant, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of young students.

Job Overview

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. If you are passionate about helping children reach their full potential, we encourage you to apply.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students. Your expertise will also be essential in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on student needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Assessments and Evaluations: Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans that cater to each student's unique requirements.
  • Deliver Therapy Sessions: Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for student progress.
  • Maintain Documentation: Accurately document services provided, ensuring timely updates and records.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: Hold a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • SLP State License: Possess a valid SLP state license.
  • Clinical Certification: Consideration will be given to candidates holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience Working with Pediatric Populations: Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with pediatric populations.
