Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate tasks of subordinates to meet company goals
  • Run production area, ensuring goods are produced and packaged according to specifications
  • Accurately record goods produced and problems encountered during shifts
  • Perform mold changes with machine operators and ensure product quality
  • Lead the team, ensuring they work together efficiently and follow company policies and procedures
  • Correctly record time and attendance of team members
  • Perform performance evaluations and attend meetings with the Production Manager
Requirements
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical engineering background
  • Supervisory experience, preferably in the plastics industry
  • Good process knowledge and computer literacy
