About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at Amcor Flexibles, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Proven track record of sales growth and profitability
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
