Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Director to join our Outside Sales team. As a RAD, you'll be responsible for securing meetings with corporate marketing contacts, attending local and national events, growing your market, and executing agreements with top multifamily property management companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to secure meetings.
  • Leverage training and internal resources to become an expert about the company, industry, and our platform's benefits and features.
  • Efficiently identify and reach out to the right people to approach within target accounts.
  • Strategically coordinate outbound activities to target various buying personas and create high-value opportunities in target accounts.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections to secure agreements.
  • Consistently achieve monthly qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, account management teams, and ops teams to improve our product.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the multifamily industry.
  • Experience engaging with multiple Sr. level leaders within an organization.
  • Pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals in a sales environment where accurate entry and management of lead data in a CRM system was required.
