Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing office operations and compliance under the guidance of the Operations and Regional Managers.
- Support various departments including Brokerage, Human Resources, Local Management, and Event Planning.
- Help prioritize and monitor workflow, addressing issues and escalating when necessary.
- Ensure adherence to brokerage policies and procedures among local staff.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and local sales initiatives.
- Gain cross-training in management tasks for coverage as needed.
- Collaborate with offices across the Southeast Division and the firm.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; proactive, approachable, and eager to learn.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
- Quick learner with a passion for technology and software.
- 3+ years of administrative experience is preferred.
- Experience in training and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
