About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team at WestRock. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, often requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in customer-facing roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and other software applications.
