Veterinary Client Service Representative

At Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and their families. As a Client Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience at our practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage practice reception, including answering phone calls, greeting clients, and handling administrative tasks.
- Assist with updating client/patient files, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
- Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, as well as maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the practice team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous veterinary experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work weekends as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
