The Client Experience Coordinator will provide administrative support for account management in partnership to reach objectives for retention, profitability, and training. This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service, ensuring seamless communication, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide administrative support to account management teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client services.
  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate client events, site visits, and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Compile, prepare, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reports to internal and external customers, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Communication: Schedule, attend, take, and distribute minutes for internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up actions.
  • Operations: Provide coverage for the front desk, routing calls, greeting and announcing visitors in a professional manner, and distributing client services correspondence as needed.
  • Supply Chain Management: Place supply orders for the Client Services group and distribute, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain minimum standards for abandon rate, average seconds to answer calls, and percentage of phone calls, ensuring exceptional client service and operational efficiency.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate, backup, and cross-train with other positions as needed, ensuring seamless workflow and knowledge transfer.
  • Special Projects: Complete and oversee special projects as assigned, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Confidentiality: Act as a company liaison for internal and external customers in a confidential manner, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 3 years of work-related experience or college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Typing of 40 WPM minimum without error; ability to take direction, recognize, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision; strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (2007 or later version preferred); intermediate knowledge of desktop publishing programs (e.g., Adobe InDesign) preferred; bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required; Markel does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
