Position Summary:
The Client Experience Coordinator is responsible for delivering administrative assistance to account management teams to achieve goals related to client retention, profitability, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored client presentations (such as Annual Program Reviews, CPI Program Guides, Claims Manuals, etc.) through data collection, research, and final production of materials.
  • Lead the planning of client events and site visits remotely, including vendor research and interaction, client communication, meeting room arrangements, and coordination with home office staff, all while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with company travel expense policies and budget guidelines through expense report reconciliation and payment processing.
  • Compile, prepare, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc management reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize, attend, and document minutes for internal and external meetings.
  • Provide front desk coverage by managing calls and professionally greeting and announcing visitors.
  • Prepare and distribute Client Services correspondence as required.
  • Order supplies for the Client Services team and manage distribution.
  • Maintain minimum standards for call abandonment rates, average response times, and percentage of calls answered.
Additional Duties:
  • Coordinate, provide backup, and cross-train with other roles as necessary.
  • Manage and oversee special projects as assigned.
  • Serve as a company representative for both internal and external clients in a confidential manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with accuracy.
  • Ability to follow directions, identify, and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Good mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (2007 or later preferred).
  • Intermediate knowledge of desktop publishing software (e.g., Adobe InDesign) is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality for both internal and external clients.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Three years of relevant work experience or a college degree is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
  • A minimum of six months of experience with high-volume, multi-line phone systems is preferred.
Work Authorization:
  • US Work Authorization is required. Markel does not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
