About the Role

Employbridge, the largest light industrial staffing company in the United States, seeks a skilled Director of Contact Center Solutions to expand its presence in the burgeoning contact center market. As a key member of the Specialized Solutions team, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop targeted presentations, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth for the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust pipeline of contact center opportunities and consistently track progress in Salesforce.
  • Conduct needs assessments, create tailored presentations, and deliver in-person and virtual sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, client needs, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with leaders to manage territories, refine sales processes, and drive team success.
  • Travel locally, occasionally overnight, to engage with clients, develop new leads, and present solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of building a territory and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent sales cycle experience, presentation skills, and ability to work remotely with a strong driving record.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
