ZTI Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled software architect to join our team in Laurel, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and design, with experience in developing and implementing complex systems and applications.

The estimated salary for this position is $162,500 - $192,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of Laurel, MD.

Job Description:

We are looking for a software architect who can lead the design and implementation of our company's software solutions. This includes designing and developing new engagement optimization algorithms and cross-platform applications for multiple environments.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles and practices, as well as experience working with Agile development methodologies. They will also have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other developers and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming languages, such as C++, Java, and Python
  • Familiarity with database technologies, including MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB
  • Knowledge of system frameworks, including .NET, Git, AngularJS, and GitHub
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Agile development methodologies
