Position Overview:

DiPietro Recruiting & Consulting seeks a highly skilled Site Development and Operations Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take on a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight and maintain a strong on-site presence with general contractors (GCs) to ensure projects are executed efficiently.
  • Oversee construction activities to guarantee adherence to project schedules, budgets, and design specifications.
  • Bridge communication between superintendents, subcontractors, and the project management team to facilitate seamless project progress.
  • Offer technical guidance and troubleshooting in the field, drawing from a background in hands-on construction.
  • Assist with maintaining the project schedule and budget.
  • Analyze and resolve construction problems, develop and implement corrective actions as required, and monitor corrective actions to ensure they are effective.
  • Manage project documentation, progress reporting, and task organization.
  • Ensure safety protocols and regulations are upheld on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or Project Manager, preferably in commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to work in both technical and managerial capacities.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple project elements simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with team members, GCs, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management software and construction documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred) or equivalent field experience.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
