Multilingual Association Support Center Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Association Support Center Navigator to join our team at the YMCA of Greater Seattle. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members, program participants, donors, and the community through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to deliver a positive and personalized experience, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported in their journey with the YMCA.
Responsibilities- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Research and diagnose complex customer issues, providing solutions and guidance to resolve problems and improve customer satisfaction.
- Process monetary transactions and perform data entry into our internal databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand the ins and outs of YMCA programs and services, ensuring that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of YMCA policies and procedures, using this knowledge to provide informed and effective support to customers.
- Conduct follow-up with prospects who have not joined, donated, or enrolled, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay updated on customer service, program, and organizational policy changes.
- 1+ year of call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages.
- Strong computer skills and experience working with database software and word processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high volume of customer interactions.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, as required.
- Competitive hourly rate: $22 - $24.20/hour.
