The Patient Care Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients.   • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Daily Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Representative, your role will include:

  • Welcoming patients and assisting with check-in and check-out processes
  • Making reminder calls and addressing patient inquiries
  • Managing patient complaints with professionalism
  • Collaborating with healthcare team members to enhance patient care
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: Preferred one year in a customer service role within a healthcare setting

Skills and Abilities:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on patient interaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in basic math and computer applications
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
  • Capacity to manage stress and solve problems effectively
