Your Role as a Patient Care Assistant
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling clients to remain in their homes by providing essential support and personal care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
- Providing light housekeeping and laundry services, as well as shopping for groceries and other household needs.
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks, and running errands as required.
- Engaging clients through conversation, games, and other enjoyable activities.
Requirements for the Role
- Active and in good standing Certified Nursing Assistant certification in Michigan.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance preferred.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends.
- Excellent attendance is crucial, as our clients rely on us for their well-being.
- Strong patient service skills, along with a caring and compassionate demeanor.
