Job Title: HR Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as an HR Generalist at OTC Flow. This role is responsible for managing human resources functions, overseeing recruitment processes, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our New York City office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer employee benefits, payroll, employment contracts, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, with a focus on adjusting existing group-level processes to meet New York standards.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Source and screen candidates using various recruitment platforms and methods.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on hiring decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events and campus recruitment activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, and/or office management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up company is highly desirable.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
