TemPositions Office, a division of the TemPositions Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in maintaining positive relationships between employees and other members connected to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a fair and inclusive work environment
  • Investigate and provide resolution for systematic matters such as harassment, terminations, worker's compensation, EEOC, and accommodation needs
  • Address and troubleshoot employee complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective HR strategies
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years experience in Human Resources
  • Bilingual Spanish/English speaking is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution skills
