The A&CM Division is committed to delivering comprehensive repairs and improvements to housing units through innovative financing strategies, strong partnerships with stakeholders, and effective project management.

Furthermore, the Division is focused on future-proofing the housing portfolio by integrating advanced materials, construction techniques, and technology to enhance residents' living experiences.

The Strategic Services team consists of several units that provide essential business services and drive operational excellence across A&CM.

Key functions include capital planning, financial management, project management support, vendor and contract management, and business intelligence services.

Role Responsibilities

The Business Operations team within Strategic Services is seeking a Logistics Specialist and Reception Coordinator for its Logistics Unit.

Reporting to the Logistics Administrator, the selected candidate will perform a variety of logistical and administrative functions with a degree of independent judgment.


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Act as the primary Customer Service representative for A&CM by directing service requests to the appropriate experts.
  • Serve as the front desk receptionist for the A&CM location.
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to the A&CM Customer Service Mailbox and Logistics Database.
  • Provide customer-oriented logistical support across A&CM and various departments, including submitting requests and ordering supplies.


  • Act as the liaison for the A&CM Vehicle Fleet.
  • Designated as the Division's Oracle Creator for requisition processes.
  • Assist in the procurement of goods and services.
  • Support payment processing following the creation of Purchase Orders and receipt of goods/services.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Help track and monitor inventory.
  • Assist with the receipt, distribution, and delivery of supplies and equipment.
  • Provide backup support for maintaining and tracking the Division's commercial credit card usage.
  • Assist stakeholders in responding to requests for information.
Additional Information

  • Candidates must have permanent civil service status in the title of Principal Administrative Associate to apply.
  • Interagency transfers into the authority are not permitted if there is an active promotion list for the same title.


  • Employees seeking promotional opportunities must have served at least one year in their current title and location.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, including one year in an administrative or supervisory role; or
  • An associate degree or 60 semester credits from an accredited college and four years of relevant experience, including one year in an administrative supervisory capacity; or
  • A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of relevant experience, including one year in an administrative supervisory role; or
  • Equivalent education and/or experience as described above, with all candidates required to have one year of administrative or supervisory experience.
