Commercial Operations Coordinator

SUMMARY
The Commercial Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the CCO and the commercial team. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for maintaining department communications, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, preparing presentations and reports, and assisting with special projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Manages distributor price list process and communications.
- Oversees quarterly promotion program management.
- Partners with directors, and distributor management to oversee and execute any distributor communications.
- Manages and distributes general marketing communications.
- Plans and executes the company’s National Sales Meeting, in collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team.
- Manages Marketing Analytics information distribution (in collaboration with Finance Data Analyst).
- Planning and organizing trade shows and events, such as conventions.
- Coordinating with outside vendors to ensure that all details of an event are handled professionally.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with one another.
- Generates a high level of customer satisfaction with end users and dealer teams.
- May perform other duties as required.

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and related business software.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work beyond their job scope if necessary.
- Ability to work both independently as a self-starter and as part of a team
- Ability to use appropriate technology to organize and communicate data effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing or related field.
- 2-3 years of administration experience in commercial coordination or a similar sales and marketing role.
- Experience in the dental industry a plus.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

- Individual’s daily routine will consist mostly of office work requiring light physical activity. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on the computer.
- Lifting equipment up to 15 lbs. alone.
- Travel: up to 10% percent of the time.
