Electronics Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team at Scientific Research Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and engineering technology, with experience in designing, preparing, and modifying engineering documents and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and assemble electronic components, subunits, and simple models
- Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions in electronic equipment
- Follow specific layout and scientific diagrams to construct and package simple devices and subunits of equipment
- Conduct various tests and experiments, including minor modifications to test setups and procedures
- Extract and compile engineering data from field notes, manuals, and lab reports
- Develop information concerning previous operational failures and modifications
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Engineering Technology, math, or science, or formal electronics training
- Three years of experience with degree or formal training, or five years with high school diploma or GED
- U.S. citizenship and a U.S. government security clearance at the Secret level
