Job Title: Radio Frequency Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Technician to join our team at Motion Recruitment. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing advanced electronic and communications systems in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain electronic and communications systems in buildings and call centers
  • Diagnose and repair radio equipment, including troubleshooting and replacing faulty components
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to support installation and maintenance tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate technical information clearly
  • Perform preventative maintenance and conduct routine inspections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with two-way radio systems and electronic equipment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of diagnosing and repairing radio systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to customers
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
