Job Summary:

EMA San Diego is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Promotions Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing & Promotions team, you will be responsible for generating leads, processing sales, and representing our clients' brands at live events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies through face-to-face interactions at live events
  • Process and track sales leads and customer acquisition
  • Represent our clients' brands professionally at all times
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to resolve customer issues, answer customer inquiries, and generate new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales team to support and execute event promotions and sales lead generation activities

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing, sales, business development, events, promotions, or customer service
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Confident in a team environment and eager to bring a new perspective
  • Proven ability to market products efficiently
  • Outgoing, energetic, and positive while interacting with consumers and team members
  • Self-sufficient, impeccable critical thinking abilities, and trustworthy
