Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, generating reports and insights to assess performance and recommend enhancements.

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance enrollment strategies.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role related to sales, marketing, or public relations is preferred but not mandatory.
- A strong enthusiasm for marketing and customer engagement, with a desire to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work across various functions.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn from constructive feedback.
- Prior internship or coursework in marketing is beneficial but not essential.
