Compensation Structure

  • Our compensation model is based on sales volume.
  • The base salary is set at $2,500 monthly.

Key Responsibilities

  • As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will foster relationships and create lifelong customers.
    Assist clients in choosing a vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Become a product specialist.
    Understand the details of our offerings, optional features, and the latest technological advancements.
  • Conduct professional and engaging demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Learn to address objections effectively and excel in sales scenarios.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding goals, planned initiatives, evaluations, and performance analysis.
  • Bring a positive attitude and your best effort every day.

Qualifications

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Eager to quickly learn about new products and their features.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
