Position Summary

ECF Data, LLC is seeking a skilled Sales Associate to engage with potential clients, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, complete product training, finalize sales, and collaborate with partners.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in technology sales, particularly with a Microsoft Partner or Microsoft itself.

Success in this role requires a high level of energy, exceptional networking abilities, and a consultative sales approach to foster new relationships with businesses looking to acquire IT services and solutions, as well as outsource their IT management.

This position operates on a commission basis alongside a base salary.

  • Proven experience in selling technology solutions, preferably Microsoft products.
  • Professionally represents our organization to colleagues, clients, vendors, and prospects.
  • Experience in sales account management is essential.

Qualifications
  • Some sales experience in technology or retail settings.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of IP, AV technologies, computer software, and hardware.
  • Experience in selling, negotiating, and closing deals while building long-term business relationships.
  • Ability to learn rapidly, manage high volumes, and think creatively.
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Understanding of fundamental industry concepts.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies such as MS Dynamics or Azure.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant CRM applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in customer service practices.
