The Public Relations and Corporate Communications Department at UHS is seeking a Lead Marketing Strategist to spearhead the marketing initiatives for Behavioral Health facilities, focusing on strategy formulation, planning, channel selection, project initiation, and campaign execution.
Essential Duties include:
- Cultivating and sustaining productive relationships with the Business Development/Marketing Directors of assigned Behavioral Health facilities regarding advertising needs.
- Advising on effective strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Keeping assigned facilities informed about project statuses, delivery timelines for print and digital initiatives on behalf of the account management team.
- Offering support and mentorship to Marketing Account Specialists and the Senior Marketing Account Manager in Behavioral Health.
- Managing design and reprint requests from facilities, entering details into the project management system, and updating facilities on costs and timelines.
- Compiling account service-related documents such as post-campaign presentations, samples of previous materials, and other communications.
- Engaging in the development of presentations, training resources, and reports related to account management support.
A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications.
- Experience in corporate, franchise, or agency marketing is essential
- Prior experience in healthcare marketing is preferred
- Understanding of branding principles, advertising strategies, digital marketing channels, campaign and collateral development, and ROI assessment
- Familiarity with project management software is advantageous
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills, both clear and concise
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-driven, with a keen interest in advertising and marketing trends and techniques
