Insurance Business Development Representative

Job SummaryThis is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in sales, customer service, and business development. As an Agent Team Member, you will work closely with our State Farm Agent to build and maintain customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and provide exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the State Farm Agent to identify new business opportunities and develop leads
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain); Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
